^ I mean if they could raise up to 100% annually, well that would be like a new listing every year right? So you'd have to call it an "IPO". But then you would have issue a new prospectus every year? - But like that would force a company to declare the balance sheets, costs and more importantly risks and lodge it with the ASX every year? - heaven forbid if investors would start questioning what's going on? (How dare they!) So might as well sail under the radar 15% annually under the cloak of silence that really is ASX CR Rule 7.1 I guess? . Just MO/NA
