I really don't see it the same way, but i haven't had the years of frustration you guys clearly have had.
For me, this is a win lose scenario. If they have what they say they have, and i trust WP, then this goes 10x. If they don't, we have nothing. A cap raise is just needed to go 10x.
My only issue (capital raise participants aside) is pay rates. Id rather see more shares (not options) and less cash to management which would show confidence in the future.
