More shares are a bigger problem than options because not all options will get converted. If they issue for example 10% more shares in a placement then the market cap will be adjusted to account for an extra 10% which means the share price will drop.
It won't 10x from any one single CR, that's crazy.
The time things take has been a big problem because during that time they'll burn through close to $100m in capital raisings and that'll be adjusted in the market cap and share price. That's why we aren't going anywhere share price wise.
