Well that's why the share price drops to account for dilution give or take
If a company has 1 share on issue at $100m market cap and they issue another share the market cap becomes $50m
But, as I said, give or take depending how well the company is tracking
Our company is tracking well despite going through a phase of raising and spending to achieve commercialisation
