Being a long term holder of EXR I feel as tho the board doesn't really care that much about the SP which sucks for now but not the worst IMO. They are definitely more invested on the project lvl and fattening the cow. Either way it's good for SHs in the end but I'd rather a management be more concerned about the value of their projects because money is usually a lagging indicator of success. Ofc no one likes dilution but I trust they know what they're doing because why not raise after the testing (if successful) on a higher base.
