    given the way the SP has been "supported" above 10c since the delay announcement, my money would be on a soph raise - let them get in with a decent cash injection. Can't help but feel a retail CR at around 8 cents would put us back a step or 2 from momentum and sentiment - not to mention increase the sell off at that 15/16 cent mark.
