Yes we believe they need to raise money okay? He did say in an interview that they won’t need to raise any more money. Hopefully this year he was pretty adamant that they weren’t and that was only a few months ago. The fact is why do it at a discount with an option why can’t you do it with a premium and no free options Companies out there do that what it does by doing these free options and discounts it brings in players that like to pump and dump and you never get a real good feeling of what the stock is really worth. I’ll give them about five years for this company to mature and blossom , let’s hope they haven’t added and 1 billion shares by then good luck
