it’s not a ‘bonus’ $3 million. It’s a $3 million reduction in future outflows.
As for return of bank capital, I don’t think we would get this back? Unless the entity has assets to give upon liquidation, which I doubt it has much.
if the entity goes into administration and closes, the shareholders (NOV) will be the last to receive any sort of payout.
