In my humble opinion Softbank is the one who could take a 25% stake through a capital raise.
Softbank owns Arm Holdings (90%) and Brainchip has a partnership with Arm.
Remember NVIDIA wanted to take over Arm Holdings for 40bn in September 2020.
Market cap of Arm Holdings now is 166bn right now.
Softbank could reinforce a vertical integration and increase its market cap.
