best case scenario: a large investor/company wishes purchase. Significant equity in company alongside a capital raise amongst shareholders

anything in between:

immediate capital to employ more staff
immediate capital to tape out akida chips for VVDN
immediate capital to tape out akida 2
immediate capital for more research funding for akida 3
immediate capital for a joint venture project with another company
immediate capital for rapid expansion into other countries

or simply just an offering to raise capital amoungst shareholders… something that many have been groaning about over the years of the LDA capital raising.
