I'm just putting it out here cause there is an absolute incorrect narrative being played out with LDA for reasons.

In December 2023 BRN need to raise. Minimum year end the remainder share given to LDA was not enough so they added 10 million more shares sold that and met the required minimum cap raise.

They have a 12 million dollars to raise. Giving LDA 40 million shares of which as of April had only 24 million Left to sell based on the top 50 Holdings. Which was likely sold down. If they were short capital in the LDA investment style CR they would just issue more shares.

This is a different situation we never halted to give LDA more share and why would LDA walk away from free money.
