The statement says that the CR will be completed by the latest of Thursday morning. Suspect this afternoon they will release news it was completed along with the 4C. The statement wanted the halt so the CR can occur in an orderly manner.

EIther this will be very positive news - a major cornerstone investment from a future customer or a equity firm taking a very large strategic investment.

or

A run of the mill CR for a years worth of costs etc

I fail to see why you would halt the shareprice for the latter and be concerned it would not happen orderly like it has with LDA.

There is already enought cash for 12-18 months. so there is no desperate CR occuring on less than ideal terms occuring.

So that makes me think it is the more positive former reason.

I don't know anything but it is unusual and the company hasnt been making any bad bets that would see it

suspect after close today we will have our answer.
