Ann: Trading Halt, page-271

In my experience, I would expect there to be a more upbeat ann if there was a cornerstone investor or a partnership to come with the CR. There was nothing in this ann at all. this can suggest to me only 3 things.

1. They have no idea what they are doing ( keeping the downies happy with this one)
2. They are tight lipped and its just a normal CR (Which makes no sense that someone hasn't posted how much and at what price, there's always a leak)
3. There is a huge statement coming with a big name or partner wanting to buy in with a possible license also to boot. Now if this is the case i take my hat off to Sean and the BOD. Mostly because that would be a big middle finger to disgruntled shareholders for all the abuse they have received over the last 24 months. They would have been pissing themselves laughing at the comments of another CR and the likes knowing full well that it would be a company maker. If that is the case, I LOVE IT! and I'll hold for ever for their statement!

But my guess is, we'll all be disappointed. But again, none of it makes sense currently, except number 3
