number 3 seems delusional… but possible…
does anyone or has anyone had any of their stocks go into a capital raise with acknowledging a large investor?? In my experience the capital raise is announced then shortly after you get a notification of a substantial holdings…?
just asking if this 3rd is even possibly alongside a capital raise announcement?
