People are setting themselves up for massive disappointment yet again with all the dot joining.
There is nothing to indicate this is anything more than a CR leading to dilution. The company has several qtrs of funding in the bank and no direct revenue. They NEED money to keep operating and paying the huge salaries to directors.
I don't see anything to indicate otherwise. It is going to be a blood bath and us LTH are going to be the ones bleeding again.
