All the while, held off on investing into a property because of managements promises of imminent sales, watch the financials, big contracts and revenues which have yet to materialise and have passed up countless opportunities as all my capital is tied up in large paper losses, many here in the same boat. Yes does make one mad when they are paying themselves first thats how they operate. Corporate governance needs a kick up the ass.
