Imo this CR is not going to be LDA there is no need to halt the trading for the agreement.
This is likely a key investor taking a position in the company for a price. Do they get a discount yes but this clears doubt of success when you will see the party buying in with a strong reputation.
I guess we will see this talk of IP lack of IP deals is BS cause an IP deal gives us what 1 million to 4 million that's not profitability this in my opinion is bigger and the Investor will get a chunk in my opinion how the big boys play I guess
