Yes Sterlo I see it the same way. As I posted earlier - even though management have tightened spending - did they have enough to get through to equity completion - FID and anticipated extra outgoings to prepare operational readiness etc. Do we need another SPP/CR? I suggested.
So the early involved Insto's get another crack - that's fine - we need more monies and time it appears for the above.
