SPP for retail takes 2 months to organise, hence when I wrote back here last month, that retail will miss out. Maybe it's their way of offering RETAIL. A token piece of the pie.

Either way, they will not go to the expense twice of offering retail, nor will they discount again. So it follows, the balance of the equity must be spoken for.

The strategic equity will pay a premium not get a discount, and they will take the entire lot is my conclusion from we know today.
