So, where will Arafura's processed material be going in relation to the S. Korean connection of Kexim financing and Hyundai and Kia offtake agreements?

Which magnet makers will be eventually beneficiaries?

Star Group magnet manufacturing in S. Korea and now looking to build a new facility in the US would seem a likely contender; especially with the close relationship between Star Group's partner in the US POSCO which already has a relationship with the Hyundai group.

IMHO, other potential processors arriving within US borders include REEMF which likely will be supplying General Atomic with material, MP claims to be supplying GM and Lynas no doubt with its huge US strategic support will likely be providing processed material for US military magnet needs first (maybe via the arriving within borders US strategically backed VAC magnet maker). Ucore facility...? although they have claimed to be in talks with 10 entities (if the memory is correct) re., their processed material.

Regardless of the above, Arafura is potentially going to be backed by AUS, CAD, German and S. Korean strategic money. These entities one would assume will want 'something' in exchange for backing the RE wannabee beyond just return of investment plus.

Besides Lynas, Arafura has the largest most complex (beyond Iluka) financing operation underway in the ROW RE sector. Will they emerge? There investment decisions this year alone will help with more clarity.
