Well announcement says it's a capital raise
the ralbertmeister reckons it's been institutional short selling and they would keep doing it to drive share price down so share placement cost is lower
clearly the tunkinator promotional tours could not prevent this so this deal is being down to get these vultures inside the tent.
given it closed at 12c pre suspension these vultures will want a discount so if the tunkinator gets 11c he has done well. Anything less would be dissapointing
