I'm beyond disappointed.
On 30/4/24 it was stated there would have been enough cash for 5.3 quarters. BS, given there was a payment of USD5M due on or before April 2024 - Refer to April 2023 T&C of the acquisition of Caldeira. That means that it was expected to run out of cash way sooner than 5 quarters. We were trading at 25c with a solid volume. Why not raising at 20c which would have been already 20% discount?! Of course no, let's wait for the share price to be 60% from the all-time-high and then let's give additional discount to some "sophisticated" investors. What a disgrace.
