    Schooled in what exactly ? How bad SM is in getting the cash he needs to keep the company going ? Wait till you have no more cash then conduct a raise ?

    I keep iterating this cash would have been filled had if he lowered the rights issue to 10c had he not been so silly ?

    Even if he missed that boat he had the chance to raise again at 8c but no wait till the price has totally tanked ?
