I hope it is with Zimbabwean investors only. After being shafted on LLL I think it is imperative to get Zimbabwean skin in the game for a political end. Still not happy about a capital raise after saying no non-dilutionary raise. Having said that iit could be a raise at market which they could get if they also inform them that the PPSA is coming. I then don’t know how they get around full disclosure rules to the market by allowing the strategic investor know that before the market. Having said that they could just allow the Zimbabwean government let the cornerstone investor know to remove that issue.
