The key question is what the terms of this strategic investment and CR are. There's the potential for a strategic investment to be at a premium to the share price, and in fact there's lots of times that has been the case. The CR is the part that concerns me - these are pretty much always at a discount. So the question remains, who is the CR too - is it through the mutapa investment fund (and what are the terms) or are they going back to instos again. If any part of this strategic investment and raise is done at a value lower than the share price (or hell, lower than 10c a share) then agree that the company have a lot to answer for as they've screwed shareholders over majorly.
