The management and timing is still shocking if it is raised at some discount. They could have filled a rights issue at 10c ? but were so stubborn to keep the pricing at 13c when it even looked like it was failing.
Why they could have even pulled off a SI raise at 8c when the share price was languishing at 10c.
But to leave it now to the last minute if better not be any lower then 6.5c to 7c and that is my main gripe about the management of the company no real forsight or feel for how the markets work in the spec end of the sector.
