once again the clear evidence of how the system is built to allow the gap between a Co seeking finance and the trading halt once secured. it complete BS becuase the rules of continuous disclosure are violated every time any Co does a CR but the powers to be dont seem to care it just makes capital all the more expensive at existing shareholders expense
