I don't automatically assume it was leaked. I sold a small chunk the other day and nobody told me to. CR was mentioned by Mikey early in the Cliff Head Sale thread here on HC the other day and it made sense. Daily trade volumes on this stock are tiny. It certainly doesn't take much to move the price... and then for people to notice and think about why.
We woulda seen more volume and price movement if true insiders were selling in large volume... with 1.8billion SOI, only 70m traded over 3 days... thats only 3.8% of the SOI in 3 days... and insiders/instos hold more than that.
