Hey Bull, I am quietly holding onto my WA8 shares.
The recent asset sale and placement put them in as strong a position as I can find across the sector with a market cap of $50m (though there are of course many hopefuls in the sector with good assets, but... low cash and... an inability to come up with a credible plan to monetize assets or the company itself).
Many small caps seem to be hunkering down instead of ramping up drilling (that is what investors really want, and hopefully with a large amount of capital, WA8 can get after it properly).

I can understand the logic of reducing holdings of larger gold stocks, to move into the more speculative end. Could prove to be extremely well timed, but have to wait and see of course. Whilst I grumble about OBM, the MD there has proven to be one of the best I have seen (wish I had known that when he first took the job).

As for gold itself.... in a nut shell, I don't see the world's financial system changing anytime soon, and sadly, that bodes well for gold....

I continue to watch SLR (the deflector operation) and 29M... their plants are the closest and if they need ore, perhaps WA8 can help them in the years to come.
