totally agree bosto, we knew at some stage some money would need to be raised, not because they are in dire straits but the court has taken an extremely ridiculous amount of time to go through something which should be fairly routine to determine, having passed through two courts already. This is a cautious approach and MT has been as tight as he can in keeping share holdings to a minimum as well as keeping wolves from the door while this court makes a decision. Not a situation many MD's would want to be in, since the permit was granted, he has, every day for over 15 months keeping his focus and not thwarted by outside forces is a credit to the man.
