Although, if all ~4,500 shareholders take up their SPP you'd get about $220 worth each ;-)
I've been lurking (or is that larking) around this company for a while...this deal and the new distributor is quite interesting actually. Have the Annual Report printed out and will go through in detail tonight. Post the deal the cash-burn issue is on the backburner for a while and they can start to focus on the long-term post-Covid business. It's been treading water for too long.
