I have to disagree. Although Malawi was not mentioned in the Fraser Report, people tend to think of the same quality as of Botswana in terms of sentiment.
Mkango shareholders are quite happy about the outcome, although SP fell back to where it started. But those two are different in terms of progress.
And we also don't know, what we get in form the gov, in exchange for the conditions. Power line? Better Roads?
We should find out today/tomorrow. Also, as mentioned above, Keith "applauded" already, it can be only about funding ;-)
