Word is that the directors were hard selling secretly at $2.80 - Maybe an internal audit is required ???
They obviously hit their magic number in order for the CR to go ahead... Don't kid yourselves: Big money has already exchanged hands here behind the scenes and this was a well thought out meticulous plan to screw the little guy.
