"Don't kid yourselves: Big money has already exchanged hands here behind the scenes and this was a well thought out meticulous plan to screw the little guy" – you're probably right... but you'd already destroyed your credibility by leading with a statement that couldn't possibly be true and could be checked in about 10 minutes.
