    A higher bid from MLX or other would not surprise me. BTR's proposal values AME at circa $0.06 per share (based on BTR shares valued at $0.015/share). This values AME at approx. $45 million, which IMO is a bit cheap based on AME's resources and ground position - BTR's own presentation released on 01/08/24 shows the cheap metrics of the proposed takeover (the Sandstone and Montague acquisitions combined) of $35 per resource oz on page 11. This is one of the cheapest multiples for recent takeovers as shown in the presentation.

    IMO, I would expect AME to attract a higher multiple based on their higher grade and better quality resource and very attractive ground position around Sandstone.

    Let's see what happens.
