Fair assumption, would be a little rough to go through less than 10c given we've been above that for a few months and the avg of past 12 months is somewhere around this current SP.
The interesting part is going to be what's 'material' / significant about it, who, and will shareholders be included. I certainly won't be too annoyed if it's already filled, there's probs many who would love a piece of PSC as its been a while they've thrown up a capital raise opportunity, and someone decent with a good material outcome will only add to my confidence.
There's one thing for sure though, I'll be buying into this, PSC has been a money printing machine if you follow the story, trends and RSI with conviction. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's had success short/mid term trading and holding over the past few years, and there's no reason it won't continue with Sam at the helm. imo only / nfa
