The timing fits too, Monday US time SAT completion, everyone in the industry saw it first hand, negotiate capital raising terms and deals, all smooth done and dusted, thursday AU time announce CR.
Prediction:
- early next week announce SAT completion
- later next week announce 3 builders FBR will be doing the demo with.
