I think SAT is done from what Mike hinted with the picture, even though not confirmed
All points to everthing OK
They do not need to announce SAT (they need to announce building as what Mike said if not mistaken.
Not worried at all
For me it looks like some investor in the US
Usually with CR, someone comes and post on hotcooper how much it would be and how long it took within the end of business day.
Still a very tiny possibilty that I am totally wrong, but we are at the end of the longgggg rope.
