makes no sense to cap raise when sat completion was imminent
we will soon get notified and the cap raise should be at a premium or at least a very small discount to the last closing price which unfortunately was down 5% on the last day of trading.
with that said. I wouldn’t dismiss a favourable surprise. The announcement may provide and update on the hx units under construction in Perth.
