    Builders own nothing apart from property , 99% of the owner don’t even have a building licence they hire Construction managers that have one and hire their services and very few builders own plant and equipment. It is all labour based by hiring labour and machines . When WaaS was introduced I knew there and then they were on the right path especially with a machine that has sort of complexity. What FBR have created is brilliant.
    A) Brick manufacturers need HX to survive .

    B) By JV with brick manufacturers to fund robots is
    a WIN WIN for both and fastest way to commercialisation

    C) All other Brick manufacturers that JV with FBR will also want exclusivity, this is wanted in order to corner the market in their country . Huge returns for exclusivity.

    D) Brick manufacturers have a huge builder customers base who are already in their system who have all credit and capacity details and history details on each builder .

    E)Builders responsibility are as follows , scheduled all bricks. Sand, cement, scaffolding, lintels, doors frames, labour, negotiate pricing , insurance, down time manage safety , this stage of construction there is a lot to cater for and a lot of headaches for the builder .

    F) CRH JV partner offer “wall on call” this is all a builders has to do , email a plan requesting a price , once agreed , CRH does the rest ! Seriously why would a builder want to own a HX machine and all the headaches that come with it As reference above (ref E)
    procedures are on CRH now and not on the builder . Time is money ! It’s just a phone call email away and the build is done and dusted in 1-2 days , builders will be all over this in USA imo .

    G) Another huge cost savings to a builder that has not been talked about on here is “Time is money” my reference to this is, builders get paid progress payment so once Brickwork structure is done then a payment is released to the builder for that stage of build , now as far as cash flow is concerned what does everyone think this is worth ? Structure complete in 1 day ! ………..“Progress payment released” instead of waiting weeks for a structure to be finished the conventional way . Time and cash flow is the very essence today of success or failure in the ever changing construction industry especially now with AI effecting every day of our lives at home and work . Imo there is so much positivity to HX where cost , time , environment, health is concerned that I have absolutely no doubt this is the future and FBR are world leaders in Boom DST technology.

    BRICK MANUFACTURERS and BUILDERS and GOVERNMENTS around the world need FBR for future R&D research to solve many new industrial and construction problems PIVACS KNOW THIS , as they are being approached by Mikes own admission, when he finally exposes some of these needs only then most will see what I’m talking about .
    FBR imo will succeed as it’s simply vital to the Governments around the globe in moving construction into the next phase of construction Robotic development in real time outdoors in all elements and FBR are the only Company with this technology atm using AI.

    Im ready and waiting can’t wait till Monday what ever the outcome is FBR will succeed THEY the BIG GUNS will make sure that they do . NFA DYOR.
