    JV is 51% FBR 49% CRH.

    CRH fund machine purchases for JV.

    JV buys blocks from CRH

    FBR get profit (if any) on machine purchase and JV pays them to maintain.

    Profits gets split 51%/49% after all costs in JV

    $20 bill valuation is a pipe dream. would need to be 1000s of machines in many different countries laying billions of blocks a year.

    FBR just need to worry about gettting the JV done and building 20 machines with OEM help.
