No, what I mean is the subdivisions are too erratic.
Every block owned separately and of the 50-60 blocks there will be 30 different builders building different styles of homes.
We have to change to suit the Hadrian and that will be difficult here.
Everybody wants a different looking house.
I have seen dozens of subdivisions go up and very rarely see 2 houses the same in the same street.
We need to go the way of the US and have the builder do the subdivision and build all the houses similar and sell near fit-out.
