They are allowed to raise 15% per year without shareholder approval. CR is normallybat around 10% discount. So they could get close to $30m if they wanted to.
If it is a cornerstone investor, id be happy to see 15% or even more, but that would require EGM for shareholders to vote.
if not cornerstone, hopefully they only do $10m odd like you say and then raise again after the 10 builds and first 3 hadrians ordered.
