If you watch Berkshire's annual meeting in May, he said they would be getting ready to transition to a future without Warren's guidance. Warren answered someone's question about investing in smaller companies and warren said unless the company had a market cap of hundreds of billions, buying 20% of some company with a billion market cap wouldn't be enough to move Berkshire's needle and it wouldn't be considered.
