I’m saying nothing more than:

- look at which director was named in today’s AFR article, and recall the Redstone / Galan JV (basically the latter bankrolling the former for some moose pasture in Canada), noting rhe shared Chairman;

- look at how stock traded just prior to the Glencore announcement, then on 12 July, the day after the T/O bid was made;

- do some homework on what sort of operation EnergyX are, and ask yourself if you’d want to own scrip in a private company.

In my opinion HMW probably deserves a decent takeover offer, but this isn’t it. The whole situation is just peak Galan again.
