pure speculation….
1. Sandro probably owns next door also and will sell us that lot and we then become one of the largest holders of land that contains high grade niobiom.
2. Sandros has alreasy been drilling this new land and has results which are high grade saving us more time and money….
3. SUM share price bounces back to the .50’s at open and closed the week at $8.88
