I wouldn't impugn the integrity of Jon and Co, their transparency to date is immaculate. But you could be forgiven for thinking they might have held off on releasing the results to coincide with the Acadia earnings report. And why not? Managing expectations is as important as managing shareholder value, so if they release Angleman results which are significantly positive it reassures all stakeholders that the drug is a platform and the market is undervaluing the company. Nothing like using these types of announcements to send a message to the nefarious entities who short the stock that their shenanigans are fraught with danger. Short at your peril!
