Here is some key information from NEU's 27 May 2024 announcement:
So agree with your suggestion. NEU is likely to want to discuss the additional INDs with the FDA first in September to see if they can get their agreement for the safety and tolerability profile to be simplified before announcing any new INDs to the general market.
