I think this raise was always required for the equity component of the loan which I wouldn't be surprised if people knew this was always on the cards which is why the share price has been so low for so long.
It's looking like the raise should be for about $3.5mil, hopefully with similar terms to the last raise. If we can get it done at a minimal discount (8c or above) then it should show a strong vote of confidence in this current equity environment.
As much as another capital raise sucks if it is the last one till cashflow positivity then we've actually done quite well as I can't see any other goldies getting into production fully funded for $8mill total of equity with the potential of VXT!
Pretty sure this will be the last chance for new holders to top up in Australia's next high-grade gold mine so fingers crossed whoever new they get on the register is keen to hold onto the shares and we don't see much of a sell-off like usual.
Exciting times ahead, only 4-5 months till production!
