every time BPH makes an announcement to the ASX, it goes to NOPTA, NOPTA then send it the JA as an update. So, when Courtney and Ed come into work this morning, they will have a little note from BPH saying we are raising $1M. IMO this is a simple and clear message from David reminding them of the groups ability to raise capital bearing in mind Scomo cited finance as a concern. It comes not long after the MMR cap raise re-instatement message, and hot on the heels of the court action message. IMO, what we are seeing is well thought out and carefully planned strategy being executed by BPH to compel the JA to do their job and provide their decision.

Do I personally think a $1M raise is necessary? No, I don't. But I am not the MD, and if the MD thinks it is important then I just cop my right wack on that and accept he is in the best position to make these decisions.

Bring on NOPTA approval.
